About
What is an NPSP Day?
NPSP Day is a community-powered event designed to bring together nonprofit professionals who use Salesforce—whether you’re on the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), the new Nonprofit Cloud, or another Salesforce solution. It’s a chance to connect with peers, share ideas, and deepen your skills in a collaborative, low-pressure setting.
Unlike technical sprints or product trainings, NPSP Day is centered on peer learning, real-life use cases, and open conversations. The goal is simple: help each other get the most out of Salesforce to drive greater impact.
Why is it called NPSP Day?
NPSP Day began as a grassroots effort to support users of the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), a free, open-source set of tools that has helped thousands of nonprofits manage fundraising, programs, and more on Salesforce. While the name you know and love remains, the event has grown alongside the Salesforce ecosystem!
Today, NPSP Day welcomes any nonprofit using Salesforce, whether you're just starting out, transitioning to Nonprofit Cloud, committed to the NPSP, or somewhere in between. The shared thread is community.
Who should attend an NPSP Day?
If you work at a nonprofit and use Salesforce in any capacity, NPSP Day is for you. That includes:
- New or prospective Salesforce users
- Admins and accidental admins
- Fundraisers and program staff
- Consultants and developers
- Executives and decision-makers
- Curious community members and supporters
Whether you're looking to ask questions, share lessons learned, or just meet others navigating similar challenges, your voice is welcome.
Who manages NPSP Days?
Each NPSP Day is organized by local community members who are passionate about knowledge-sharing and peer support. Events are independently hosted and not run by Salesforce, though Salesforce employees and partners often attend and contribute.
The overall event calendar and marketing are supported by the team at Soapbox Engage, with the goal of keeping NPSP Days accessible and community-led.
