NPSP Day is a community-driven Salesforce nonprofit “unconference” designed to support, connect, and empower nonprofit professionals using (or curious about) Salesforce. Rather than a pre-set lineup of speakers, the day is shaped by the people in the room. Attendees help create the agenda, share real-world experiences, and collaborate on the challenges they’re actively facing.

NPSP Day welcomes everyone—from those new to Salesforce or early in their NPSP journey, to folks exploring Nonprofit Cloud, Agentforce, and other nonprofit pathways, to experienced admins, consultants, and technologists. Through peer learning and collaborative problem-solving, the event aims to build community, deepen tech literacy, and support future readiness across the evolving Salesforce nonprofit ecosystem.

Expect a mix of guided sessions, open discussion, small-group breakouts, and plenty of time to connect with others who understand the realities of nonprofit work!
